Control Tower is Futaba USA’s Rewards Program, created to show appreciation to our loyal fanbase and customers. Consumers and Dealers will have the opportunity to earn points for every dollar spent on FutabaUSA.com and exchange those points for discounts.

When you create your account, there will be a checkbox asking if you are interested in joining Control Tower. Simply check this box when registering and you will be enrolled!

Existing customer?

Under My Account, you will see a checkbox asking if you want to join Control Tower. Simply check this box and you will be enrolled!

For Consumers:

Customers are able to join our loyalty program immediately and can begin saving on their next order*. In addition to numerous bonus point opportunities, Consumers will earn a set amount of points per dollar spent on FutabaUSA.com depending on their level. The levels are:

Q1 – Qualifier 1 (0 – 1499 points)

Q2 – Qualifier 2 (1500 – 5999 points)

TQ – Top Qualifier (6000+ points)

Points and status both expire one-year from date of earning.

Rewards points are earned 7 days after order/action completion, and will be available for cashback redemption on the next order. Unlike other loyalty programs, there is no minimum number of “Volts”, as we call our reward points, that have to be used for discounts. Whether it’s $1 off or $100, it’s yours to save! Important note: Although Consumer Volts are redeemed as cashback on orders, they cannot be otherwise exchanged and retain no cash value.

As you move up in the program, you will receive more perks and rewards, and can ultimately begin receiving 6% cashback on FutabaUSA.com orders to be put to good use on future orders.

For Dealers:

Dealers are invited to join Control Tower upon earning 6,000 “Volts” (reward points) on FutabaUSA.com. Once in the program, Dealers have three possible levels they can earn special perks and rewards in:

Q1 – Qualifier 1 (6000 – 14999 points)

Q2 – Qualifier 2 (15000 – 29999 points)

TQ – Top Qualifier (30000+ points)

Points and status both expire one-year from date of earning.

Rewards points are earned 7 days after order/action completion. Dealers will be able to redeem earned points on store merchandise including in-store working demo products, marketing kits, and demo products for trade shows and events. Important note: although Dealer Volts can be used in the exclusive Dealer Rewards Store, they cannot be otherwise exchanged and retain no cash value.

The biggest features of the Dealer Control Tower come in the form of Perks. For example, at a certain level Dealers will not only be able to provide warranty assistance for their customers on behalf of Futaba USA, but the process will be expedited so your customer only has to go a few days* without their radio.

We will be sad to see you go, but you can always opt-out of Control Tower!  Similar to how existing customers joined, under My Account, you will see a check box that, once unchecked, removes you from the program.

IMPORTANT NOTE: When you uncheck this box, your point bank/volts will be set to zero. This cannot be undone and points will not be returned to your account should you re-join. You will start with a fresh point bank and level. 

Points will become available seven business days after order/action completion.

Yes, for consumers Volts can be used to offset shipping costs and/or for repairs from our in-house Service Center. Volts are exchanged as a cashback discount from the entire order.

Control Tower launched October 25, 2019. Once you join Control Tower, you will begin earning points immediately!

Points Earned on Returns:

When you are issued a refund for your order, the points you earned with the transaction will be removed from your account/point bank.

Points Spent on Returns:

When you are issued a refund for your order, your points will be returned to your account within 7 business days.

If you feel that points are missing from your account, please go through the following steps:

Under My Account, view Control Tower Rewards. There should be a table detailing all points awarded. If points are not included here and it has been 7 business days since your qualifying action, please email ContactUs@Futaba.com including the action and/or order you are missing points for, the date of said order or action, the number of points you anticipated, and your username and email corresponding to your FutabaUSA.com Account.
