Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your purchase from Futaba USA must meet the following conditions:

  • – Brand new condition
  • – Unused
  • – Not discontinued
  • – Purchased within the last 6 months
  • – Purchased directly from our web store FutabaUSA.com; we cannot accept returns for items bought from other outlets.

If your item meets these criteria and you wish to proceed, please email us at contactus@futabausa.com with the subject line, “Order [Insert Order # Here] Return Request,” and include your proof of purchase. We reserve the right to decline any return, and we do not accept returns for products purchased from dealers.

PLEASE NOTE: A 3% restocking fee will apply to all refunds.
