The Response function of T10PX is the first feature in the industry for Futaba’s car controller. Until now, Futaba and other manufacturers have been competing in latency, but this is the function that counters the concern that “lower latency becomes too sensitive to operate”.
By using the Response function, it is possible to add smoothness to the steering characteristics while maintaining the precision high-speed transmission; although Response is available on all protocols it is most effective on F-4G.
It’s like making the suspension a little harder while keeping the transmit speed the same. As a result, in categories that do not require much sensitivity, it is possible to transmit the driver’s inputs more directly to the vehicle, leading to an improved sense of stability.
